Contact UsFire safety is never a trivial matter, and risk prevention is the top priority. To further raise all staff’s awareness of fire safety, improve capabilities in emergency fire response as well as self-rescue and mutual rescue, and consolidate the corporate work safety line of defense, Haixing Group held its annual fire safety drill on June 11, 2026.
Shao Yongfeng from Yongjia Fire and Rescue Brigade was invited as the professional instructor for the drill. The whole event proceeded efficiently and in good order, with scenarios closely aligned with real emergency situations.
I. Theoretical Training to Lay a Solid Foundation of Safety Awareness

The first phase of the drill was a fire safety lecture held in the training room on the fifth floor. Combining real fire accident cases, Instructor Shao explained key points for checking common fire and electricity hazards in office and production areas, rapid response measures for initial fires, scientific escape and self-rescue skills in fire scenes, as well as standards for daily inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting facilities.
He also broke down the standard four-step operation of dry powder fire extinguishers — Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep — and elaborated on the escape principle “Flee small fires quickly; close doors when heavy smoke appears” and taboos for fire evacuation. He corrected common misunderstandings about daily fire safety, comprehensively filling staff’s knowledge gaps. All participants gained a clear understanding of potential hazards, prevention measures and self-rescue skills, further strengthening the company’s foundation for work safety.

II. Hands-On Drills to Hone Emergency Response Capabilities
Following the theoretical session, all staff moved to an open area for practical operation of fire-fighting equipment. Instructor Shao demonstrated the correct use of dry powder fire extinguishers on site and guided each employee through hands-on fire-fighting practice one by one.
Participants took turns to retrieve fire extinguishers and spray at the base of flames in accordance with standard procedures. By experiencing the full process of putting out initial fires firsthand, their practical operational proficiency was greatly enhanced.
III. Treat Drills As Real Battles to Safeguard Corporate Safety

This fire safety drill marks a key initiative of Haixing Group to implement the fire safety guideline of “Prioritize Prevention and Integrate Prevention with Fire Fighting”, and it also serves as a reflection of the company’s regular safety management practices.

Throughout the drill, all participants maintained a serious attitude and cooperated closely, completing training and practical sessions in strict accordance with procedures, truly achieving the goal that “every employee understands fire safety and knows how to respond to fires”.
Safety is the cornerstone of corporate development and the shared responsibility of every employee. Moving forward, Haixing Group will further strengthen fire safety management, organize regular safety training and emergency drills, and continuously optimize emergency response mechanisms. Through regularized and standardized safety work, the Group will safeguard the high-quality development of the enterprise.
