On the afternoon of April 22, 2026, the launching ceremony of Haixing Group IMS Smart Manufacturing Project was grandly held in the conference room on the third floor. The meeting marked the official substantive advancement of the MES management project, representing a crucial step for Haixing Group in the transformation toward intelligent manufacturing.

The meeting was presided over by Deputy General Manager Li Qin. Senior leaders from both sides attended the event, including Chairman Fu Wenlong of Haixing Group and General Manager Zhou Feng of Pansys Information. The project team of Pansys Information, department heads and core project members of Haixing Group also participated in the meeting.
Addressing Pain Points · Forging New Breakthroughs
As a typical multi-variety, small-batch discrete manufacturer, the company has long been confronted with operational bottlenecks. Although U8 ERP and PLM systems have been deployed, severe information disconnection between planning and execution has long restricted delivery capacity, quality stability and inventory turnover efficiency.
The MES project is far more than a simple software procurement. It is an end-to-end management transformation covering production, quality, warehousing, equipment and data collection. It aims to break down information barriers and eliminate the "black box" dilemma in production management.
Clarifying Goals · Focusing on Targeted Improvement
Guided by six core objectives, the project will comprehensively boost the company’s core competitiveness:
-
Improve production efficiency and optimize equipment utilization rate;
-
Strengthen quality control and realize full-process traceability;
-
Optimize inventory management and accelerate capital turnover;
-
Reduce redundant work and cut labor costs;
-
Shorten delivery lead time and enhance on-time delivery rate;
-
Achieve real-time data visualization to support lean decision-making.
Organizational Support · Steady Implementation
A special project team has been established to coordinate cross-department collaboration across production, quality, logistics, R&D, equipment support and information management, with clear division of labor and individual accountability.
Adopting the strategy of overall planning, phased implementation, pilot application and gradual promotion, the project will be rolled out in six phases. Phase One focuses on core functions of production, quality and warehousing, and realizes interconnection between ERP, MES and WMS systems. Phase Two will advance equipment networking and full-lifecycle management, reserving interfaces for multi-system expansion.

At the meeting, Chairman Fu Wenlong set high standards for project implementation. He pointed out that the MES project is a core initiative for the company’s digital transformation, requiring full staff participation, cross-department collaboration and standardized process execution. Moving forward, taking this project as an opportunity, Haixing will build a digital benchmark in the industry and inject strong momentum into high-quality development.
Unite as one to start a new journey, and empower future development with intelligent manufacturing. Let us work together to comprehensively upgrade production management and create a brand-new chapter for corporate growth.
