Recently, Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd. has successively held naming and delivery ceremonies for two world-class vessels, marking another remarkable achievement in China’s high-end shipbuilding industry. On March 17th, the world’s largest 24,000 TEU LNG dual-fuel container ship “CMA CGM Grand Palais Paris” was successfully named and delivered seven and a half months ahead of schedule. As the 20th large container ship built by Hudong-Zhonghua for France’s CMA CGM Group, this vessel not only sets a new record in the construction of ultra-large container ships but also serves as another model of in-depth cooperation between China and France in green shipping and high-end manufacturing. Marine Star Group supplied indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures for the vessel, providing reliable and long-lasting illumination for ocean voyages with stable product performance.
On March 19th, the 174,000 cubic meter large LNG carrier “Green Energy Wind”was successfully named. As the 5th "Green Energy Series" LNG ship built by Hudong-Zhonghua, its successful completion has further expanded CNOOC’s "Green Energy" transportation fleet, injecting new momentum into national energy transportation security and green low-carbon development. Marine Star Group once again provided indoor lighting fixtures for this vessel, supporting the addition of a new cutting-edge ship to China’s LNG transportation fleet with high-standard, high-quality marine lighting solutions.
