Haixing Maritime Electric Group New Year Message 2026

As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new with confidence and hope, we stand ready to embrace 2026—a year brimming with both opportunities and challenges. Looking Back at 2025: Forging Ahead Amidst Challenges, Creating Glory Through Innovation
The past year marked a period of steady progress and determined advancement for Haixing Group on the path of high-quality development. Faced with the challenges of a complex and volatile external environment and in-depth industrial restructuring, all Haixing employees rose to the occasion with courage and resolve. Driven by the spirit of innovation and fortified by the resilience to brave the storms, we jointly wrote a brilliant chapter in serving the national strategy of building a maritime power and taking the lead in the industry.
This year, we stayed committed to our core business, further consolidating the foundation for serving the real economy. We actively integrated into the overall development of the marine economy and high-end equipment manufacturing, and continued to deepen our expertise in supporting marine and offshore engineering equipment. Our products and services continued to shine on globally renowned mega-projects, including:

• The luxurious passenger-ro-ro ship of Mediterranean Shipping Company, boasting a capacity of 2,500 passengers and 3,500 lane meters;
• The world's most advanced green and intelligent trailing suction hopper dredger Jun Guang with a hopper capacity of 30,000 m³;
• The new-generation ultra-large trailing suction hopper dredger Tong Jun—the largest in Asia and second-largest globally—with a 35,000 m³ hopper capacity;
• The world's largest and most advanced green vessel, a 325,000 DWT methanol dual-fuel ore carrier;
• The Future, a floating offshore laboratory and a deep-sea green and intelligent technology test ship;
• The world's largest 11,700-car capacity pure car/truck carrier;
• The "maritime giant"—a 24,000 TEU LNG dual-fuel container ship;
• A fleet of 12 new-generation 14,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container ships, characterized by green operation, energy efficiency and smart features.

From the lighting systems of new-generation green and intelligent mega-vessels, to reliable lighting solutions for deep-sea wind power operation and maintenance mother ships; from creating comfortable lighting environments for large luxury cruise ships, to providing safety guarantee equipment for special engineering vessels—the Haixing brand has sailed into the deep blue ocean aboard these "national heavyweights". Our annual operating performance reached a new high, with steady growth in industrial output value, contributing solid Haixing strength to the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
This year, we prioritized innovation to drive development, recognizing that only innovators thrive and excel. The Group continued to increase R&D investment, keeping pace with the trends of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. While consolidating the advantages of traditional products such as naval vessel lighting, offshore engineering lighting, marine electricals, and lifesaving/firefighting equipment, we expanded our product portfolio in depth towards intelligence, systematization and greenization. Over 30 new products were successfully launched at the Shanghai International Maritime Exhibition and gained widespread recognition from market customers, including yacht lighting fixtures, fishery lighting fixtures, Suez Canal searchlights, LED floodlights, new static helicopter deck approach lighting and control systems, linear lights, medical ceiling lights, intelligent health lighting fixtures, explosion-proof warning lamps, and solar-powered marine lanterns. Throughout the year, we secured 4 invention patents, 13 design patents, 20 utility model patents, and 1 software copyright. Multiple new products passed the appraisal and acceptance organized by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, among which the electric zoom xenon searchlight was named an Excellent Industrial Product of Zhejiang Province. While pursuing economic benefits, we actively fulfilled our environmental responsibilities and practiced the concept of green manufacturing, earning the title of Provincial Water-Saving Enterprise. Taking the opportunity of enterprise digital transformation and upgrading, we were selected into the 2025 Demonstration Project Library for Production and Manufacturing Mode Transformation (Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry), and recognized as a National Basic-Level Smart Factory Cultivation Enterprise and a Zhejiang Provincial Smart Factory Cultivation Enterprise. Attaching great importance to standardized contract management, we successfully passed the re-evaluation as a Zhejiang Provincial AAA Grade Contract-Honoring and Trustworthy Enterprise. This year, we enhanced management efficiency, reinforcing the foundation for steady and long-term development. We comprehensively promoted digital management, achieving dual improvement in production efficiency and product quality through intelligent transformation and production technology innovation. We added and maintained 7 CCS (China Classification Society) type approval certificates covering 153 products; 41 CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) certificates covering 135 products; 10 domestic explosion-proof certificates covering 27 products; 3 international IECEX and ATEX explosion-proof certificates covering 23 products; 1 RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) type approval certificate; and 9 RMRS (Russian Maritime Register of Shipping) type approval certificates covering 638 products. These certifications from domestic and international authorities serve as the best testament to the reliability of Haixing products, and mark the continuous rise of Haixing's product reliability and brand reputation in the international market. The efficient completion of the above work has promoted the effective implementation of the Group's "Three New and One Strong" initiative, and achieved the annual performance targets satisfactorily.
This year, we solidified our foothold in the domestic market and made significant strides in the international market, painting a more magnificent picture of win-win cooperation. We deepened our collaboration with global shipbuilding powerhouses including South Korea, Russia, Singapore, Vietnam, the Netherlands and Dubai. Our products are exported to regions such as Russia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with export volume registering remarkable growth. The Haixing brand, a hallmark of China's Intelligent Manufacturing, shines increasingly brightly on the international stage.
We have always kept society in mind and actively engaged in public welfare initiatives. This year, we took proactive actions in rural revitalization, education support, poverty alleviation and disaster relief. We donated 400,000 yuan for the protection and restoration of the Fu Xiang Shrine in Shanxi Province. Various donations totaling over 800,000 yuan were made to support causes such as the Yongjia County Veterans Care Association, the Wuniu Branch of the Yongjia Swimming Association, the Haixing Cup Sports Meet at Wuniu Middle School, the Double Ninth Festival activities in 5 surrounding villages, and assistance for employees in need. We firmly believe that the value of an enterprise lies not only in economic returns, but also in its sense of social responsibility and contribution to the community.

The year 2026 marks the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, a crucial year for the marine economy to move towards deeper and broader horizons, and will undoubtedly be the starting point of a new journey for Haixing Group to build on past achievements and achieve leapfrog development. A new journey carries new dreams, and a new mission calls for new actions. Looking ahead to the new year, opportunities coexist with challenges, and hopes stand alongside difficulties. We will adhere to the general principle of making progress while maintaining stability, and promoting stability through progress, and focus on the following aspects to forge ahead, striving to write a new chapter in Haixing's high-quality development:
1.   Focus on Innovation Breakthroughs to Forge New Advantages in Core Competitiveness
We will continue to place scientific and technological innovation at the core of our overall development strategy. Centering on cutting-edge fields such as high-end, green and intelligent technologies, we will accelerate the cultivation of new productive forces. We will drive our products towards the high-end value chain, and build technological barriers and brand advantages that lead the industry's development.
2.   Focus on Market Deepening to Build a New Global Service Network
We will embrace the global market with a more open mindset, and deepen strategic cooperation with top domestic and foreign shipbuilding enterprises and design institutes. While consolidating our traditional advantageous markets, we will actively explore new markets such as port lighting, fishery lighting and yacht lighting. We will improve the layout of our global marketing and service network, enabling Haixing's solutions to serve a wider range of marine scenarios.
3.   Focus on Lean Operations to Stimulate New Momentum for Endogenous Growth
We will continue to deepen internal reforms, comprehensively promote digital transformation and upgrading, and strengthen end-to-end lean management covering R&D, production, sales and service. We will consolidate the risk prevention and control system, enhance operational efficiency and profitability, and achieve high-quality, efficient and sustainable development.
4.   Focus on Talent and Culture to Gather New Synergy for Collaborative Progress
