On Jan 12, 2025, the 2025 "Welcoming the Spring Festival" Annual Gala and Commendation Ceremony, themed "United in Heart and Action, Creating the Future Together," was grandly held at the Hualong International Hotel. We gathered together to witness the splendid event of Haixing Group's annual celebration.
The company's chairman, Mr. Fu Wenlong, delivered a speech on the annual work summary at the commendation ceremony. Mr. Fu reported on the achievements made by the company in 2024 in terms of market sales revenue, honors received, and major projects supported by various sales departments. He also laid out the key tasks for 2025. The company will persist in enhancing its comprehensive competitiveness by continuously improving internal management and accelerating technological innovation, and will fully promote the application of informatization in product research and development, production management, and administrative office work, striving to achieve the group's target plan for 2025.
The ceremony solemnly commended 59 awards, including advanced workers, advanced teams, outstanding team leaders, dedication team awards, advanced departments, advanced workshops, outstanding managers, outstanding sales representatives, and outstanding party members, and invited representatives of each award to express their feelings on stage. At the same time, a retirement ceremony was held for five retired employees, and they were presented with retirement souvenirs and flowers. By commending advanced individuals and groups, it has inspired all employees to take the advanced as a goal, the excellent as a role model, to love their jobs and contribute to the development and growth of the company.
